One Stop Shop Will Not Be Offered Sept. 7 In Observance Of Labor Day

Normal sessions will resume Sept. 14.

One Stop Shop will not be held on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day. One Stop Shop will return to its regular virtual schedule on Monday, September 14th and all relevant local entities will be available to answer questions from residents, developers, and business owners on building plans, site plans, and required permits for new and upcoming projects.

For over thirty years, One Stop Shop has been enabling all Peorians to have their development-related questions answered in a coordinated fashion. Staff from the Greater Peoria Sanitary District, Public Works Department, American Water Company, Planning & Zoning, and other local agencies will be present, giving feedback and advice to One Stop Shop “customers.”

Anyone interested in participating in One Stop Shop on September 14, 2020 must email Senior Urban Planner Leah Allison at lallison@peoriagov.org by Noon on Friday, September 11, 2020.
