Retail Theft

Police arrested Jennifer M. Peck, 34, of Aurora, near 135th Street and Route 59, where she was charged with retail theft.

Obstructing Justice

Huriah J. Stephenson, 28, of Montgomery, was arrested near 135th Street and Route 59 on an in-state warrant and charges of obstructing justice and retail theft.

Burglary To A Motor Vehicle

Gerardo Hernandez, 18, of Naperville, was arrested in the 13200 block of Millbank Drive on burglary to a motor vehicle charges.

SATURDAY, AUG. 26

Driving Under The Influence

Ingreth J. Ramirez-Forero, 41, of Naperville, was arrested near Route 59 and Pheasant Chase Drive and charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 3

Possession Of Drug Equipment, Pot

Maxim A. Wagner, 20, of Rockdale, was arrested and charged with improperly displaying his vehicle registration, possession of drug equipment and possession of between 10 and 100 grams of marijuana.

Disorderly Conduct

Donna E. Welch, 49, of Orland Park, was arrested near 143rd Street and Coil Plus Drive, where she was charged with disorderly conduct.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 12

Driving Under The Influence

Police arrested Sean A. Murphy, 39, of Plainfield, near the intersection of Red Star Drive and Gateway Circle. He was charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08, and speeding.
