Pedestrian Hit By Car; Plainfield Cops Seek Driver

PLAINFIELD, IL — Plainfield police are asking for the public's help tracking down the driver of a vehicle that struck a pedestrian a day before Thanksgiving. According to police, the vehicle was traveling at a slow speed when it hit a pedestrian at around 5:05 p.m. Nov. 21 near Naperville Road and Mill Street.

Police said the pedestrian sustained "very minor injuries," but said limited information was available on the incident because it remains under investigation.

Police say they would like to talk to the driver of the vehicle (pictured).
