Police Blotter: Battery, DUI & Vehicle Theft Arrests

Also, police say a 56-year-old man is charged in a criminal trespassing incident on Ponderosa Drive.

The following incidents were reported by the Romeoville Police Department and the Will County Sheriff’s Office:

Dec. 21: Gustavo T. Vidal, 40, 384 Richmond, Romeoville, was charged with driving on a revocation or suspended DUI/SSS All and failure to appear. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Dec. 20: Thomas J. James, 35, 220 Hemlock, Romeoville, was charged with battery/makes physical contact and domestic battery/physical contact. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Dec. 6: Arthur Vasquez, 56, 1026 Essington Lane, Romeoville, was charged with criminal trespass to property in the 0-100 block of Ponderosa.

Dec. 8: Nicolas Quiroz, 46, 401 Blair Lane, Bolingbrook, was charged with DUI, no insurance and driving too fast for conditions at Route 53, north of Renwick Road.

Dec. 11: Monica Salinas, 51, 800 Collins St., Joliet, was charged with no valid DL and no insurance at Veterans Parkway, north of Hudson.

Dec. 11: Maribel Gutierrez, 39, 217 Linden, Romeoville, was charged with no valid DL, no insurance and driving too fast for conditions at Veterans Parkway, north of Hudson.

Dec. 11: Angella Hamilton-Stark, 42, 564 Liberty St., Joliet, was charged with vehicle theft, DWLR and no seat belt in the 0-100 block of North Independence.

Dec. 11: Christian Medina, 19, 603 Glen, Romeoville, was charged with no valid DL and speeding at Normantown at Sedgemeadow.
