ROMEOVILLE, IL — A Romeoville martial arts master will attempt a "world class" breaking demonstration at next weekend's Bolingbrook Fall Fest, all for charity. Grandmaster H. Thomas Cameron will try to break 65 slabs of cement in 1 minute in an effort to raise money for the Romeoville American Legion.

The stunt will be part of Bolingbrook Fall Fest, being held from 3-7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28 at the Bolingbrook Recreation & Acquatic Complex, 200 S. Lindsey Ln. Cameron's demonstration is slated to begin at about 4 p.m. Saturday, Cameron told Patch.

Cameron is a Romeoville resident who is a world-renown martial arts practitioner. He is one of the world's foremost practitioners in Dim Mak, also known as the Chinese Death Touch. His claim to be able to knock someone out without making physical contact has even landed him on the television show "Ripley's Believe It Or Not." Cameron is also a member of the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
