Romeoville Police Reports For April 15

The following is a roundup of arrests made by the Romeoville Police Department.

ROMEOVILLE, IL – Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Christopher Pierce, 20, of the 600 block of Jordan Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested at 7:24 p.m. March 26 for aggravated fleeing and eluding in the 400 block of Haller Avenue. Pierce was also charged with criminal trespass to vehicle, no valid driver’s license, speeding, driving without lights and an in-state warrant.

Destiney Mech, 18, of the 400 block of Haller Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested at 7:24 p.m. March 26 for criminal trespass to vehicle in the 400 block of Haller Avenue.

Jasmine Simpson, 31, of the 14000 block of South Oakdale Circle, Plainfield, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. March 30 for an in-state warrant and improper lighting in the area of Weber and Renwick roads.

Ramiro Rodriguez, 46, of the 3oo block of Easton Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested at 10:18 p.m. March 31 for an in-state warrant, expired registration and illegal use of a cellphone in the area of Eaton Avenue and Romeo Road.

Rickey Dale, 57, of the 600 block of Morris Street, Rockdale, was arrested at 4:38 a.m. April 1 for having no valid driver’s license and improper lighting.

Robert Peterson, 46, of the 1000 Birch Lane, Romeoville, was arrested at 1:09 a.m. April 2 for domestic battery in the 1000 block of Birch Lane.

Henry Kotwicki, 54, of the 300 block of Hickory Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested at 9:24 p.m. April 2 for driving while license revoked in the 200 block of Romeo Road. Kotwicki was also charged with having no insurance, domestic battery and interfering with reporting a domestic.

Chadler Arboleda, 20, of the 100 block of Azalea Circle, Romeoville, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. April 2 for domestic battery and interfering with reporting a domestic in the 100 block of Azalea Circle.

Leo Magana, of the 200 block of Highpoint Drive, Romeoville, was arrested at 12:27 a.m. April 3 for driving while license suspended in the 0-100 block of South Weber Road. Magana was also charged with failure to report an accident, failure to give information, leaving the scene of an accident, having no insurance, illegal transportation of alcohol and possession of cannabis.

Lilianna Herrera, 36, of 20000 block of Kingsbrook Crossing, Crest Hill, was arrested at 8:53 a.m. April 3 for driving while license suspended. Herrera was also charged with improper lane usage and an in-state warrant.

Rose Labak-Nadres, 48, of the 900 block of Askbrock Circle, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 7:36 p.m. April 3 for having no valid driver’s license in the area of Dalhart Avenue and Normantown Road.

Martin Barrios, 31, of the 700 block of Rogers Road, Romeoville, was arrested at 9:04 p.m. April 3 for domestic battery in the area of Dalhart Avenue and Normantown Road.

Jeffrey Conners, 38, of the 600 block of Gavin Aveune, Romeoville, was arrested at 9:56 a.m. April 4 for having an in-state warrant in the 1000 block Romeo Road.

Armando Oyarce, 51, of the 500 block of Frieh Drive, Romeoville, was arrested at 5:21 p.m. April 4 for driving under the influence in the area of Grand Boulevard and Frieh Drive. Oyarce was also charged with improper lane use and failure to signal.

Joseph Sanzeri, 23, of the 300 block of Hayes Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. April 4 for driving under the influence in the area of Route 53 and 135th Street. Sanzeri was also charged with obstructing an officer, leaving the scene of an accident, driving too fast for conditions and having unsafe tires.

Jeremy Durr, 26, of the 21ooo W. Duncan Court, Plainfield, was arrested at 5:14 a.m. April 5 for possession of cocaine in the 21000 block of Duncan Court. Durr was also charged with the manufacture and delivery of cocaine and the possession of drug paraphernalia.

Maria Casmirio-Viveros, 49, of the 3400 block of Christine Avenue, Joliet, was arrested at 2:08 p.m. April 5 for having no valid driver’s license in the area of Crossroads Drive and Theodore Street. Casmirio-Viveros was also charged with speeding.

Michael Tubenyo, 48, of the 0-11 block of Arlington Drive, Romeoville, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. April 5 for having no valid driver’s license in the area of Crossroads Drive and Route 53. Tubenyo was also charged with having no insurance and failure to yield.

Kenneth Griffin, 71, of the 600 block of Bridgeman Lane, Romeoville, was arrested at 11:21 p.m. April 5 for driving under the influence in the area of Grand Haven Road and Pierport Lane. Griffin was also charged with failure to reduce speed.

Alejandro Alatamirano-Vazquez, 20, of the 1200 block of Campell Street, Joliet, was arrested at 5:08 p.m. April 6 for having no valid driver’s license in the area of Taylor Road and Belmont Drive. Alatamirano-Vazquez was also charged with speeding and having no valid registration.

Daniel Rojas, 29, of the 400 block of Clay Street, Joliet, was arrested at 7:52 a.m. April 7 for driving while license revoked in the area of Joliet Road and Route 53. Rojas was also charged with speeding and having an in-state warrant.

Zachery Dropps, 27, of the 500 block of Easton Lane, Romeoville, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. April 7 for an in-state warrant in the 600 block of Lynn Avenue.

Cynthia Cortez, 20, of the 1700 block of Quinn Drive, Plainfield, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. April 9 for driving while license suspended in the area of Jonquil and Honeytree drives. Cortez was also charged with having expired registration.

Chase Capell, 19, of the 0-100 block of Concord Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested at 2:06 p.m. April 10 for an in-state warrant in the 1000 block of Romeo Road.
