Prowler Pinched For Preying on County Land Use Department Offices: Cops

She broke into "multiple offices" and stole electronics, lottery tickets, change and a case of water, among other things, police said.

JOLIET, IL — Detectives cracked the case of the break-ins at the Will County Land Use Department, police said.

Jessica Rajchel, 24, was arrested and booked into the county jail Friday night in connection with the Halloween burglary.

Rajchel, a Joliet resident, allegedly broke into “multiple offices” on the third and fourth floors of the East Clinton Street building and absconded with a phone charger, five digital cameras, three iPads, a GPS unit, $35 worth of lottery tickets, desk keys, two gift cards, a case of water, a red serving tray and loose change.

Rajchel’s bond was set at $200,000. She remains in custody.
