13-Year-Old Skokie Boy Reported Missing

Police said he was last seen Sunday near Winnebago Park.

SKOKIE, IL — Police asked the public for help locating a missing 13-year-old boy.

Romualdo Serrano was last seen Sunday near Knox Avenue and Madison Street, according to a Skokie police spokesperson.

Serrano has black hair and was described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 110 pounds.

He was wearing a red jacket and black sweatpants at the time he went missing, police said in a missing persons alert.

Police asked anyone with information about his whereabouts to call the Skokie Police Department at 847-982-5900.
