Sweety Pies Bakery Cakery Cafe at 8042 Lincoln Ave. has lots of sweet treats for sale, but its most popular choice is the chocolate cashmere pie, according to business manager Jason Davidson.
Davidson said the pie, which was featured on Chicago's Best, is perfect for chocolate lovers with its dense chocolate mouse filling held in graham cracker crust.
Sweety pies will be featured at Taste of Skokie Valley at Northshore Center for Performing Arts, 9501 Skokie Blvd., Thursday night.
