- Veterans Day in Skokie will be observed by Skokie American Legion Post #320. The day starts with coffee at 9:30 and a ceremony at 10:45 at the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 3854 at 7401 Lincoln Ave, Skokie, on Monday, Nov. 11.
- Need information on affordable healthcare? We all do. Attend an information session at Bernard Horwich JCC, 3003 W. Touhy Ave., Chicago, at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
