Masked Bank Robber Strikes Lincolnwood U.S. Bank Branch
A man passed a demand note to tellers Monday afternoon at the Lincoln Avenue bank, according to the FBI.

LINCOLNWOOD, IL — The FBI asking the public for help identifying a man who robbed a bank Monday in Lincolnwood.
Shortly before 1:30 p.m., the robber walked into the U.S. Bank branch at 6677 N. Lincoln Ave. and showed a note demanding money to the teller, according to an FBI spokesperson.
The man was described a 5-foot, 8-inch white man in his 30s with a medium build. He wore a black beanie, a pair of surgical masks, black sweatpants, blue slippers or loafers and a loose-fitting, dark-colored zippered jacket over a gray sweatshirt and a black shirt.

He also wore sunglasses with dark frames and a dark-colored beard, according to the FBI.
No one was injured in the robbery and, after fleeing in an unspecified direction, the robber remains at large.
