Out Of Space Festival Returns To Downtown Skokie
The popular outdoor festival takes place in Skokie over four nights from July 24 to 27 this year.
SKOKIE, IL — The popular outdoor festival Out of Space is returning to Downtown Skokie for four nights of music and celebration.
The festival will take place over four nights from July 24 to 27 and features music and tons of charm with comfortable areas for picnicking. This year's full lineup includes 12 artists who perform in a variety of different genres.
On day one, electropop duo Sylvan Esso will take the stage, as well as rock band Bully and indie-rock band Case Oats. Day two will feature musician and actor Shakey Graves, pop artist Joy Oladokun and folk duo Shovels & Rope.

Day three will be headlined by Mexican acoustic guitar duo Rodrigo y Gabriela, pop performer Anderson East and beloved musician and DJ Daniel Villarreal. The final day will have indie rock band The Decemberists take the stage as well as singer songwriters Kevin Morby and Craig Finn.
Four-day passes are currently available for all ages starting at $149.50 for general admission and going up to $360 for VIP. Single-day tickets go on sale starting April 7 and will cost $49.50.

Out of space will take place at North Field at Illinois Science & Technology park starting at 5 p.m. for all events. Performances will start between 6 and 6:30 p.m. each night.
