Skokie's 2025 Assist-A-Family Program Launches Before Holidays

Last year, the community's generosity helped provide assistance to 314 Skokie families.

SKOKIE, IL — As the holiday season fast approaches, the Village of Skokie invited the community to donate to its 2025 Assist-A-Family program.

Since 2007, the program has aimed to help families experiencing financial hardship within Skokie. Last year, the program helped 314 Skokie households. Every dollar that the community contributes stays within the village and directly impact your neighbors.

"Your continued generosity helps ensure that every Skokie family can experience comfort and hope this winter season," city officials said.
