Traffic Lights Installed In Front Of Skokie Village Hall

The recently-installed traffic lights at Oakton Street and Floral Avenue in downtown Skokie are now officially in service.

They serve a T- shaped intersection, since Floral ends at that point.

Both eastbound and westbound traffic on Oakton, and southbound traffic on Floral will be governed by the new traffic lights. They are about a block west of Niles Center Road, which also has a traffic light.
