Missing 5-Year-Old South Side Girl Believed Abducted Found Safe: CPD

Blessen Turner, 5, who was believed to be abducted Wednesday on the South Side has been located safe, Chicago police say.

CHICAGO — A 5-year-old girl who was reported abducted on the city’s South Side has been located safe. Blessen Turner was last seen Wednesday near the 6300 block of South Calumet Avenue, Chicago police said. She is back with her family.

Police said the child may have been in the company of her father, Darshawn Turner, in a black older model Toyota with an unknown temporary license plate displayed in the window.
