The tri-cities experienced a 1.57% increase in the average sales price over December of 2013. That’s a 3.86% gain since December, 2012! Currently, the average sales price for a home in the tri-cities is $348,364.

ST CHARLES

As you can see, the average sales price in St Charles is at $389,140, a 1.2% gain for the year. Since 2012 home prices in St Charles have risen 5.36%.



GENEVA

Prices in Geneva are up 2.7% this year at $351,134. While they dipped a little last year, they are still up 1.93% from 2012.



BATAVIA

Batavia home prices saw a slight increase of .7% to $304,818. This is up 4.22% from two years ago.
