New Apartment Complex Opens In St. Charles

ST. CHARLES, IL — A new apartment complex has opened in St. Charles.

Continental Properties recently hosted the grand opening of its newest apartment community, Springs at St. Charles, which is located at 405 Smith Road, according to a news release from the real estate company.

The complex has studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment options as well as private, ground-level entrances and attached garage options.

Springs at St. Charles features 320 townhome-style apartment homes with modern floor plans, high-end finishes, gourmet kitchens, abundant natural light, in-home washers and dryers, and private patios or balconies. Onsite amenities include a resort-style pool, a community clubhouse, an outdoor grill area, a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, a car care area, and two leash-free dog parks, according to a news release.

Springs at St. Charles marks the seventh Springs apartment community in the suburbs of Chicago, with Springs at South Elgin located just nine miles northwest. Springs Apartments are owned and operated by Continental Properties, which is a national developer and operator of multifamily communities, retail, and hospitality properties.

Since 1979, Continental Properties has developed over 129 apartment communities encompassing more than 34,000 apartment homes in 19 states.
