St. Charles Market Trends for April 2016

St. Charles home sales for the month of April rose in volume by 20.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 4.6% from $281,330 to $268,500. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 25%, while the median sale price decreased by 4.9% from $299,800 to $285,000. Condo/townhome sales stayed the same, while the median sale price decreased by 12.5% from $218,000 to $190,750.
