St. Charles Market Trends for July 2016

St. Charles home sales for the month of July decreased in volume by 17.4% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 4.8% from $288,000 to $301,850. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 17.8%, while the median sale price decreased by 5.8% from $337,500 to $318,088. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 16%, while the median sale price rose by 13.2% from $190,000 to $215,000.
