St. Charles home sales for the month of October decreased in volume by 7.1% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 13.9% from $253,750 to $289,000. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 7.4%, while the median sale price rose by 6.6% from $288,500 to $307,500. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 6.3%, while the median sale price rose by 20.4% from $191,000 to $230,000.
