4 People Seriously Hurt In 2-Car Crash Near 183rd And LaGrange

TINLEY PARK, IL — Four people were seriously injured in a two-car accident early Friday near 183rd Street and LaGrange Road. One of the occupants needed to be extracted from a vehicle by emergency crews, according to the Tinley Park Fire Department.

Firefighters responded to the crash just after midnight Friday, April 27, Deputy Chief Dan Riordan said. At the scene, three people were in one vehicle and another individual in the other car, he said.

All four people were taken to Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, Riordan said. Three of the injured were transported on advance life support, he added.

Riordan did not know the extent of the individuals' injuries.
