Pedestrian Struck By Car, Road Closed For Investigation: Tinley PD
A portion of 175th Street was closed both directions Wednesday afternoon as police investigated.
TINLEY PARK, IL — A portion of 175th Street was closed intermittently Wednesday, as police investigated after a pedestrian was struck by a car.
The accident happened around 7 a.m. Wednesday, Tinley Park Police said. The pedestrian was injured, but their condition was not known as of Wednesday just before 3 p.m.
Police advised 175th Street would be shut down intermittently in both directions throughout the day, from Ridgeland to 65th Ave.
