Queen Of Hearts Coming To Oak Forest Bar, Will Benefit Together We Cope
Marcotte's Bar and Grill in Oak Forest will host the popular game, with tickets on sale beginning Feb. 20.

TINLEY PARK, IL — An Oak Forest hot spot and a beloved social services agency are getting in on the Queen of Hearts action, with a portion of the winnings to benefit the nonprofit.
Together We Cope, along with Marcotte's Bar & Grill, 15501 S Cicero Ave., will start their own progressive game beginning Thursday, February 20, opening play with a $5,000 pot.
A ticket machine will be located at Marcotte's, allowing customers to purchase their weekly chances any time during Marcotte's hours of operation. Drawings will be held every Thursday at 8 p.m.

Tickets are 1 for $1, 6 for $5, 12 for $10, and 24 for $20. Purchaser completes all tickets with name, phone, and card position number (1-54). If your ticket is pulled, Together We Cope will reveal the card behind your number. Drawings will continue weekly until the Queen of Hearts card is revealed, and that night's winner (if present) takes 50 percent of the jackpot. If not present winner gets 40 percent. The remainder goes to Together We Cope.
After each drawing, tickets will be discarded and ticket sales for the next week's drawing will begin immediately. Official rules will be displayed at Marcotte's.

A prevention agency based in Tinley Park, Together We Cope provides resources to families in temporary crisis, enabling them to stay in their homes. Their efforts are aimed at preventing homelessness for hard-working families and individuals who experience an unexpected temporary loss of income.
With over 200 volunteers, community donations of food, clothing and household goods, and groceries purchased from the Greater Chicago Food Depository, the agency typically serves more than 1,500 families each month. Their services reach 27 communities, including Alsip, Blue Island, Bridgeview, Chicago Ridge, Country Club Hills, Crestwood, Evergreen Park, Garden Homes, Harvey, Hazel Crest, Hickory Hills, Hometown, Homewood, Markham, Merrionette Park, Midlothian, Oak Forest, Oak Lawn, Orland Hills, Orland Park, Palos Heights, Palos Hills, Palos Park, Posen, Robbins, Tinley Park and Worth.
