Breezy, Mixed-Sunny Week with Chilly Nights
For the second week in a row, temperatures will dip mid-week before rising again slightly in time for the weekend.

This extended April temperature lull feels tremendously odd after the soaring highs of late February and March, doesn't it? So far, average temperatures for April are below the (record) average we saw in March, and frosts have been relatively common in the early mornings.
One thing that has been a bit infrequent, and will continue to be this week, are those fabled April showers, presenting as only the occasional and rare drizzle. Very long-term forecasts do predict a 50 percent chance of showers around the beginning of next week... but looking that far ahead, anything could happen.
