House Hunt: Five Western Springs Homes Under $300K

Western Springs. Home prices here on average aren't quite Hinsdale level, and there's a good number that are quite reasonable, but finding a pad in town for under, say, $300,000, isn't particularly easy.

Not easy, however, is not the same as impossible. Sure, these homes don't sport thousands upon thousands of square feet or swank amenities as the mansions of Forest Hills, but each certainly has their own unique personalities and selling points, and cement the idea that Western Springs is open to everyone!

Here's five homes for sale (the first three have never appeared on House Hunt before, and the second two have been dropped in price) that are definitely more affordable than you might expect from a Western Springs house. Check them out!
