Stone-Cold Theft, Dented Hood, Damaged Window: Police Blotter

Dented hood
Someone dented the hood of a car parked in a driveway in the 5200 block of Woodland Avenue, police said. The damage, which will cost about $500 to repair, happened sometime between 9 p.m. Friday and noon Saturday.

Damaged window
Someone intentionally struck and damaged a window in the 600 block of Rugeley Road around 9 a.m. with a “pellet-type projectile,” police said. The cost of the damage is not yet known.
Stone-cold theft
A pallet containing decorative stones was taken from outside a home under construction in the 3800 block of Franklin Avenue, police said. The pallet was left unattended and taken sometime between March 4 and March 16. Its value is not known.
