Western Springs Car Theft Suspects Named

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL – Western Springs police have released the names of three men arrested in the theft of a car last week.

The men are Ravoon M. Purnell, 30, of Dalton; Raymon D. Windston, 28, of Chicago; and Delwin Harkness, 38, of Chicago, police said.

Harkness was charged with aggravated possession of a stolen vehicle, while the other two were charged with criminal trespass to a motor vehicle.

On Thursday, police received two reports of stolen cars in Western Springs.

One car was tracked to Chicago. Patch reported on the details Monday.
