Youth Disorderly At Western Springs Park: Cops
In another case, a laptop was stolen from a car in a local neighborhood, police said.

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL – In recent days, Western Springs police handled cases involving disorderly conduct, burglary, drugs and theft. Here is information from the latest Western Springs police reports:
Disorderly conduct
- A juvenile was cited about 10:30 a.m. April 13 on a charge of disorderly conduct at Spring Rock Park. Police said the juvenile was riding a gas-powered bike in the park.
Burglary

- On Thursday, a laptop was reported stolen from a car in the 200 block of 45th Street. It was worth about $800.
Theft
- Two bicycles were stolen along the street between 1 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. April 12 in the 4400 block of Johnson Avenue. One bike was valued at $500, the other at $700.

- A juvenile was cited about 9 a.m. April 15 on a charge of possessing less than 10 grams of marijuana at Lyons Township High School's South Campus, 4900 Willow Springs Road.
