Car Show, Food Trucks More Planned For Safety Saturday

WHEATON, IL — Vintage rides, food trucks, a crime lab tour and more are planned for when the Dupage County Sheriff's Office's hosts its Car Show and Safety Saturday Sept. 21.

Deputies will be on hand to give safety demonstrations and present a K-9 demonstration. Visitors can check out police and fire trucks and take a tour of the DuPage County Jail.

Residents can pay $20 to enter a vehicle in the car show, with proceeds going to benefit Special Olympics Illinois. Email carshow@dupagesheriff.org for more details.
