Community and Business Leaders Welcome Courthouse Square Apartments to Downtown Wheaton
Residents started moving into the 149-unit apartment complex in May.
The Wheaton Chamber of Commerce hosted a grand opening celebration of a new luxury apartment complex on Sept. 7. The 149-unit Courthouse Square Apartments apartment complex is located at 250 S. Naperville Road near the old courthouse building in downtown Wheaton.
"It's a terrific project, and I'm looking forward to having a lot of new neighbors in downtown Wheaton," Wheaton City Councilman John Rutledge said in the story by My Suburban Life.
The project started in 2015 by Northfield-based Focus Development Inc. and residents started moving into the apartments at the end of May.

Courthouse Square includes studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units and is conveniently located near the Metra station. Monthly rental prices start at $1,295 for a studio unit and $3,160 for a three-bedroom unit.
