Cops At Scene Of Criminal Investigation In West Chicago

WEST CHICAGO, IL — West Chicago police were at the scene of a "criminal investigation" Friday afternoon, according to an update.

As of 1:30 p.m., officers were in the 800 block of Lyman Street, advising residents to avoid the area. Police said there was no known threat to the public.
