County Releases Information about Sex Offender Living in Wheaton

The DuPage County Sheriff's Office has announced that a convicted sex offender is living in Wheaton. He is Carlos Devaldivielso, 50; a 190-pound, 5-foot-5-in Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoo of a leopard and the Grim Reaper smoking a pipe on his arms.
