Ditka's Grill Holds Ribbon Cutting To Welcome Wheaton Restaurant

Ditka's Grill opened Nov. 1 at 225 W. Front St. in downtown Wheaton. The steakhouse features seafood, handheld items, cocktails and brunch.

WHEATON, IL — Ditka's Grill hosted its ribbon cutting event Nov. 18 to celebrate officially opening its doors in downtown Wheaton in early November. The new eatery, located at 225 W. Front St., is part of the Ditka's Restaurant Group Brand, which also manages Ditka's Restaurant in Oakbrook Terrace and Grill 89 in Westmont.

Like other eateries under the Ditka's Restaurant Group umbrella, the menu at Ditka's Grill heavily features steaks and seafood. Diners at Ditka's Grill can also indulge in sushi rolls, corned beef sandwiches, steakhouse burgers and salads.

An extensive beer, wine and cocktail list offers diners a variety of drink pairings. The craft cocktails at Ditka's Grill run the gamut from creative new concoctions to inventive twists on old favorites.

There's the "Parts Unknown," which combines lemon and cherry-infused vodka with ginger beer and cold-pressed pineapple, or the "Old West Fashioned," a blend of Journeyman's Featherbone bourbon and Demerara sugar seasoned with black walnut and orange bitters.

Brunch items are also available Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The brunch menu features prosciutto eggs Benedict, buttermilk fried chicken and Belgian waffles, huevos rancheros and barrel-cut filet mignon.

Ditka's Grill is open for dinner Mondays through Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Sundays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
