Lawyer Accused Of Falsifying Community Service Documents For Client
Devin Luster, 30, is accused of delivering falsified documents to the DuPage County Circuit Court Clerk's Office.

WHEATON, IL — A lawyer was turned herself in at the DuPage County Jail in late August following accusations that she falsified community service hours on documents for her client. Devin Luster, 30, is accused of delivering documents to the DuPage County Circuit Court Clerk's Office that falsely showed a client had completed community service hours.
She was charged with six counts of felony forgery.
An indictment asserts that Luster "with the intent to defraud, knowingly delivered to the DuPage County Circuit Court Clerk's Office a false document apparently capable of defrauding another, being a volunteer community service documentation form dated December 16, 2024, that indicated the client 'completed 247.5 hours of community service' at a Calumet City daycare facility."
