Olympic Medalist Ryan Lochte To Teach Swim Clinics In Warrenville

WARRENVILLE, IL — Olympic medalist Ryan Lochte will host swim clinics at Life Time in Warrenville Sept. 28 and Sept. 29.

Lochte will join Life Time staff to lead three-hour clinics that include swim drills and instruction, nutrition tips, guidelines for injury prevention and a question and answer session. Participants will also receive an autographed swim cap and have a chance to take a photo with Lochte.

Among the most-decorated swimmers to have competed in the Olympics, Lochte has won 12 Olympic medals, six of which have been gold.

Lochte's clinics will be held 8 a.m to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 28 and Sept. 29 at Life Time Warrenville, 28141 Diehl Rd., Warrenville. Click the link for more information and to register to attend the Lochte Swim Clinic.
