Repairs Close Front Street
For approximately five days starting Sunday, motorists are advised to avoid Front Street between Main and Hale.
Starting Sunday, Aug. 28, Front Street in downtown Wheaton will be closed between Main and Hale streets while crews perform minor repairs and restain the concrete. This closure is expected to last for approximately five days, weather permitting.
Sidewalks and access to businesses on this block will remain open throughout the process. Questions can be directed to the city’s Street Division at 630-260-2116.
