Head to Kline Creek Farm in West Chicago to see a demonstration that illustrates how maple sap is tapped and made into syrup. Staff will show how sap is sourced and then heated over a fire to make syrup. The free events are open to all ages and will take place every week on Saturdays and Sundays starting March 4.
