Beloved wife of the late Meyer. Loving mother of Lee (Dr. Andrea Lederman) Cotton and Mark (Helene) Cotton. Proud grandmother of Max, Emily, Amanda, Sophie and Sam. Dear sister of the late Elaine (the late Herman) Bitter. Alberta was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.She adored her grandchildren as well as her 5 granddogs. She loved summer and was passionate about gardening and growing roses, and various fruits and vegetables. Ever the gardener, she even helped the staff at the Auberge plant flowers this past spring. Service Sunday 4:00pm at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd (at Niles Center Road), Skokie. Private interment at Westlawn earlier in the day.
