Oklahoma Man With Warrant Arrested For Trespassing: Winnetka Crime Blotter

WINNETKA, IL — The following is the most recent crime blotter from the Winnetka Police Department.
Winnetka
BURGLARY
- Vehicle - Dec. 29 at 11:36 a.m.
- A resident reported that an unknown person entered their unlocked 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe between Dec. 27 and 28. The car was parked in a parking lot in the 400 block of Linden Street and a backpack containing clothing and a wallet containing an Illinois driver's license and credit cards were taken from inside.
- Residential- Dec. 31 at 6:35 p.m.
- An officer noticed signs of forced entry at a home located in the 200 block of Auburn Avenue. It's unknown if anything was taken from the home.

- Traffic - Jan. 2 at 3:52 p.m.
- A 48-year-old Waukegan man was arrested for driving with a revoked registration.
- Warrant - Jan. 2 at 10:33 p.m.
- A27-year-oldman from Oklahoma was arrested for obstructing identification and criminal trespass to private property. Later, police discovered the man had an in-state warrant for his arrest and transferred custody to the Cook County Sheriff's Office.
- Traffic - Jan. 5 at 4:07 a.m.
- A 60-year-old Chicago man was arrested for driving without a valid driver's license. the man was also cited for driving without lights on.
