Tennis, Golf and Hockey Registration Open at Winnetka Park District

Know: Fall registration is now open for the Winnetka Parks District, including ice skating, hockey, golf and tennis. More information is available here.

Do: Venture across the border into Wilmette for a very special Aloha Night in the park with The Barefoot Hawaiians. The event is scheduled for Tues. August 6 at 8 p.m. for the Starlight Theater at the Wallace Bowl. FREE. More information is available here. 

Plan: The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District will be hosting public meetings to discuss the watershed management ordinance. The closest one to Winnetka will be held at the Mt. Prospect Village Hall (ata 50 S. Emerson St.) on Wed., August 7 at 7:30 p.m. More information is available here.
