Massive Warehouse Fire Leads to Boil Order for Illinois American Water Company Customers: Village
No one was injured in the Thursday fire at 2501 Internationale Parkway.

Woodridge, IL - The extra-alarm fire at the RoomPlace furniture warehouse, which sent a highly-visible plume of black smoke into the air, was extinguished as of 9:35 p.m. Thursday.
Internationale Centre is expected to remain closed in both directions from Marmon to Joliet Road until the structure is secured, according to the Woodridge Police Department.

Illinois American Water Company has issued a boil order for its customers, including the part of Woodridge south of Interstate 55 that is served by the company, the Village of Woodridge reported.
The boil order does not affect the Woodridge Water System or its customers north of Interstate 55.
