New CEO Named For West Suburban Community Pantry
Maeven Sipes joins the Woodridge-based food pantry after spending 14 years working with Northern Illinois Food Bank.

WOODRIDGE, IL — A new CEO has been named to take the helm at West Suburban Community Pantry (WSCP). Maeven Sipes joins the Woodridge-based food pantry after 14 years in various roles at Northern Illinois Food Bank.
"Maeven’s expertise in hunger relief and her proven leadership make her an excellent fit for the Pantry. As we serve record numbers of neighbors and advance our vision of a hunger-free community, we're confident she will build on our strong history while navigating ongoing economic and health challenges facing our community," Mary Hutchinson, Chair of the WSCP Board of Directors, said in a statement.
Most recently, Sipes served as Northern Illinois Food Bank's Vice President of Philanthropy. Before she joined Northern Illinois Food Bank, Sipes worked for Adoption Arc.

Sipe said in a statement, “I am looking forward to joining the incredible team at West Suburban Community Pantry at this critical time. The pantry has grown rapidly in recent years, serving more meals and neighbors than ever before, and I want to work with the Pantry Board and the community to ensure that the Pantry continues its strategic growth, and our neighbors get the resources they need."
