Kathleen Kirkpatrick, 54, of the 2200 block of Wharf Drive, Woodridge, was arrested and charged by Darien police on March 5 with DUI as well as disobeying a police officer at North Frontage Road and Captons Lane in Darien. Kirkpatrick was given a court date of April 9 at the DuPage County Judicial Center in Wheaton.
