'100% Dedicated To Each Sport': Yorkville Star Student Athlete

YORKVILLE, IL — We all know student athletes who also bring their A-game to other parts of their lives.

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. We’re working to let all your neighbors know the individual stories behind the leaderboard.

Alex is a triple sport athlete, and always finds the time to be 100 percent dedicated to each sport. She puts in extra effort every day to make herself a better player. She is a leader on and off the court, encouraging maximum effort from her teammates. She is dedicated to representing her team in a positive light. Always exhibits excellent sportsmanship and keeps a positive attitude even if the game is not going the way she would like.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the star student athlete?

I admire her dedication to athletics. She puts in a lot of time and hard work to everything she does.
