SANDWICH, IL — A Sandwich man charged in October 2018 with seven counts of child pornography has been charged with more than a dozen additional counts of felony offenses stemming from reviewing digital evidence recovered during several search warrants, according to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office. Authorities found a large amount of secretive recorded videos of children, who the sheriff's office reported as acquaintances of 61-year-old Daniel Aldrich, from the 0-50 block of Sandra Court, in Little Rock Township. According to the sheriff's office, all of the victims involved in the videos have been identified and located.

Aldrich has been charged with six counts of possession of child pornography and 11 counts of unauthorized video recording, according to the sheriff's office, who added that an arrest warrant was issued for Aldrich on March 20. Aldrich turned himself into the Kendall County Corrections Center on March 21, the sheriff's office said.

These additional charges come nearly five months after the Kendall County State’s Attorney’s Office approved charges against Aldrich with seven counts of Child Pornography (two counts of dissemination and five counts of possession).
