'Serial Molester' Dennis Hastert 'Adamantly Denies' Sodomizing 4th-Grade Boy In Yorkville

The admitted serial child molester and former U.S. House of Representatives speaker wants a Kendall County judge to toss the lawsuit.

KENDALL COUNTY, IL - Even after admitting to sexually abusing multiple teenage boys during his tenure as a Yorkville High School wrestling coach, former U.S. House of Representatives speaker Dennis Hastert is reportedly drawing the line on one such accusation.

His attorney reportedly asked a Kendall County judge this week to throw out a May-filed lawsuit that alleges Hastert sodomized a fourth-grader decades ago in a Yorkville parking lot. The litigation says the abuse occurred around 1973 or 1974 in a bathroom stall at the Game Farm Building — the current site of Yorkville High School's parking lot, according to a Chicago Sun-Times report.

Hastert's attorney, John Ellis, argues that, "The law barred the victim, known only as Richard Doe, from making his claims more than two years after he turned 18 — a deadline that likely passed in 1985."

The plaintiff's lawsuit includes vivid details about the incident, even referencing alleged follow-up encounters with Hastert, who he said confronted him about reporting the abuse.

"The alleged victim claims he tried to report the assault in the mid-1980s but was threatened with prosecution by then-Kendall County State’s Attorney Dallas Ingemunson for slandering Hastert’s name," said the Chicago Sun-Times.
