2022-0795, Crash with Injuries: On 03/10/22 at 9:03 am, deputies responded to a crash with injuries on US Route 52 near Line Road in Seward Township. Yvonne Burris-Lee, a 59-year-old female from the 2000 block of Blueberry Hill in Yorkville, was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

2022-0795, Crash with Injuries:

2022-0804, DUI:  On 03/10/22 at 6:24 pm, deputies responded to a report of a crash with injuries on US Route 30 near Lincoln Station Drive in Oswego Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Jose M. Nunez Torres, a 53-year-old male from the 1200 block of Victory Court in Aurora, was arrested for driving under the influence.  Nunez Torres was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
