2022-0829, In-State Warrant: On 03/13/2022 at 2:36 pm, Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 70 block of Sierra Road in Oswego Township. Contact was made with Chantrell M. Feemster, a 20-year-old male from the 70 block of Sierra Road in Oswego Township, who was wanted on a Kendall County warrant for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon (no bond). Feemster was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing without incident.

2022-0829, In-State Warrant:

2022-0830, Fleeing Eluding / No Valid Driver’s License:  On 03/13/2022 at 2:36 pm, Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 70 block of Sierra Road in Oswego Township for disobeying a stop sign. Chantrell M. Feemster, a 20-year-old male from the 70 block of Sierra Road in Oswego Township, was taken into custody for an active warrant and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer and no valid driver’s license. Feemster was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2022-0833, Aggravated Domestic Battery: On 03/13/2022 at 6:34 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Fernwood Road in Oswego Township for a report of an Aggravated Domestic Battery. The investigation is ongoing.

2022-0835, Possession of Cannabis: On 03/13/22 at 11:23 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop at Route 34 and Wolf’s Crossing BLVD in Oswego Township for an equipment violation. Contact was made with the driver identified as Jessica S. Silets, a 35-year-old female from the 4000 block of 4 Winds LN in Northbrook. Silets was cited for unlawful possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle and was released on her own recognizance.

2022-0836, Possession of Cannabis: On 03/14/22 at 2:19 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop at Route 25 and Glendale AVE in Oswego Township for an equipment violation. Contact was made with the driver identified as Eulalio Carachure, a 22-year-old male from the 400 block of Stella ST in Elgin and Samantha J Arellano, a 21-year-old female from the 300 block of Chicago RD in Oswego Township. Carachure and Arellano were both cited and released for unlawful possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
