Multiple Arrests for Driving on Revoked Licenses: Police

Wednesday, June 5
Driving with revoked license
Fernando Diaz, 54, of South Tripp Avenue, Chicago, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. at Grande Trail and Matlock Drive and charged for driving with a revoked license, said Yorkville police. Diaz was found driving in a restricted area.
Tuesday, June 4
Warrant
Charles W. Smith, 58, of the 300 block of East Kendall Drive, Yorkville, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. in the 1200 block of North Bridge Street and charged with a warrant, said Yorkville police.
Monday, June 3
Criminal damage to property
Yorkville police took a report for criminal damage to property that occurred at 1 p.m. in the 1200 block of Market Place Drive. Damage was estimated at $40 and no arrests were made.
Saturday, June 1
Hit and run
Yorkville police took a report for a hit and and run crash that occurred at 1:56 p.m. in the Kohl's parking lot at 945 Erica Lane. An unknown vehicle hit another vehicle.
Yorkville police took a report for a hit and run crash that occurred at 4:50 p.m. at Route 47 and Fox Street.
Friday, May 31
Driving with revoked license
- Robert L. Wilczek, 29, of the 600 block of Fair Lane Avenue, DeKalb, was arrested at 7:43 a.m. at Routes 34 and 47 and charged for driving with a revoked license, said Yorkville police.
- Carrie Ann Davis, 36, of the 0-100 block of Peggy Drive, Sandwich, was arrested at 1:49 p.m. at Route 34 and Sycamore Road and charged for driving on a revoked license, said Yorkville police.
No valid driver's license
Shane R. Finch, 53, of the 0-99 block of Oak Street, Minooka, was arrested at 8:15 a.m. at Fox Street and White Oak Way and charged for driving without a valid license, said Yorkville police.

Residential burglary
Yorkville police are investigating a reported residential burglary that occurred at 1:18 p.m. in the 3700 block of Bailey Road.
Wednesday, May 29
Theft
Yorkville police took a report for a theft that occurred at 8:09 a.m. in the 100 block of Colonial Parkway. A boy's BMX bike valued at $90 was reported stolen.
