Weekend crime incidents reported in Yorkville, Oswego and Montgomery from the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

Criminal damage to property

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to the 9000 block of Route 34 in unincorporated Yorkville for a report of criminal damage to property. The complainant reported his neighbor had kick his door while he wasn't home, damaging the door and the door frame. According to the sheriff's office, the neighbor was identified as 49-year-old Joseph Domko, who also resides in the area of the 9000 block of Route 34, Yorkville, and was arrested and taken to the Kendall County Jail, where he was charged with misdemeanor criminal damage to property.

Revoked driver's license

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said deputies stopped a vehicle driven by 43-year-old Boris Roldan, of the 700 block of Osbron Street, at 8:11 p.m. Friday at Route 34 and Beecher Road. According to the sheriff's office, Rolden was stopped for disobeying a traffic control device that prohibited a left turn. During the stop, deputies determined Rolden had a revoked driver's license, and he was arrested and taken to the Kendall County Jail. The sheriff's office said Rolden was cited for disobeying a traffic control device and driving while license revoked.

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Durango Road in Oswego Township at 5:45 p.m. Friday for a well-being check. According to the sheriff's office, deputies arrested Michael T. Copp, 31, from the 0-99 block of Greenfield Road, Oswego Township, on a failure to appear warrant issued out of Kendall County. Copp's bond was set at $2,000 with 10 percent to apply, according to the sheriff's office, and he was taken to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

Battery

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to the 100 block of Heathgate Road in unincorporated Montgomery at 6:33 p.m. Friday for a report of a battery that they reported took place earlier in the week. The incident was reported to have taken place in the 0-99 block of Winrock Road, Oswego township. The sheriff's office said the incident is under investigation.

Defrauding a drug test

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to the Kendall County Probation Office, in the 800 block of W. John Street, Yorkville for a report of a probationer who had defrauded a drug test. The sheriff's office said the Probation Office reported 20-year-old David Mugford, of the 1700 block of Atkinson Circle, Plainfield, had used a synthetic substance to defraud the test. As the result of an investigation, Mugford was arrested and charged with defrauding a drug test, a class 4 felony, the sheriff's office said.

DUI, speeding

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said deputies stopped a vehicle at 8:23 p.m. Thursday at IL Route 71 and Walker Road in Yorkville, due to driver Thomas M. Vertin, 21, of the 100 block of Bertram Drive, Yorkville, speeding more than 26 mph over the speed limit. The sheriff's office said during the traffic stop, Vertin was taken into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was taken to the Kendall County Jail where he awaits bond. According to the sheriff's office, Vertin was also cited for improper lane use.

Domestic battery

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to the 2500 block of Light Road in Oswego Township, for a reported domestic battery at 11:50 p.m. Thursday. The sheriff's office said the incident is under investigation.
